The Dell™ External Media Bay provides you 'mobile expandability'. The D/Bay is an external device, that connects to the system or dock via the D/Bay connector, which accommodates the Dell™ media modules (CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, CD-RW/DVD and second hard drive). This product has been tested and validated on Dell™ systems to ensure it will work with your computer, D-Port APR and D-Dock Expansion Station. It is supported by Dell™ Technical Support when used with a Dell system
